Annah is part of a group of young models who all work at Philz. One of the art models I’d worked with mentioned she knew a few women from Philz who were interested in trying modeling, and that connection has turned into something special. So far, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with five Philz crew across both art and photography sessions.
Annah was a pleasure to work with—professional, easygoing, and creative—and some of the images from our shoot are among my personal favorites. Another highlight of this session was that it marked my first time using a Jason Vinson–inspired lighting setup. While I appreciate the beauty of natural light, I’ve found myself leaning toward bringing my own lighting when given the choice, as it gives me more control and creative freedom.
